＋MATARA is a limited edition collaboration with FURU-SEMU.
A collection that is inspired by ancient stories from our motherland - from Mesopotamia to Anatolia, many ancient civilizations used pottery as an instrument to preserve valuable historical details about daily life, cultural perceptions, myths and spiritual beliefs.
Ancient amphora forms were our main source of inspiration for MATARA II, in contrast to original MATARA - this form is available in signature iriss colors.
With this project, we tried to encapsulate our local story and merge our passion for jewelry and ceramics.
Each MATARA is handcrafted by artisan Ecem Bedir of FURU-SEMU and is number as part of this limited edition collaboration.
Each MATARA comes with leather strap.
Pendant size is 5,5 cm. The length of the cord is 100 cm.
